Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you have received broken items or have been short supplied please contact us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your stock. If the credit request is approved, we will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card.
Included with your request must be the following:
- Customer code and invoice number
- Photos of all broken items
- A brief description of the fault or issue
Requests for credits will NOT be accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Freight Surcharge Guide
The following is a guide only for freight surcharges. Freight charges are subject to change. Furniture will be charged at full carrier rates.
- Metropolitan Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth - 5%
- Metropolitan Brisbane, Gold COast and Sunshine Coast - 9%
- Regional Victoria - 8%
- Regional NSW - 10%
- Regional Souht Australia - 8%
- Northern Territory - 15%
- Regional Queenslad Excluding FNQ - 12%
- All other areas - Quote
If you have a freight forwarder located in your nearest capital city, we can deliver to them for 5% of the order.

The following is a guide only to estimated shipping times in Australia.
- Metropolitan area around mainland capital cities - 5-7 Business Days
- NSW Central Coast and Newcastle - 7-10 Business Days
- Far West Victoria - 7-10 Business Days
- Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast - 7-10 Business Days
- All other areas - 7-10 Business Days
During busy holiday periods, we cannot guarantee deliveries within these listed shipping times. Please note the usual shipping time may be extended or delayed due to the larger than usual shipping volumes at that time of the year.
